By accessing or using the Harmony mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Harmony provides an AI-powered communication tool for couples, including real-time mediation, journaling, and relationship insights. Harmony does not provide licensed therapy, medical advice, or psychiatric treatment. It is designed to complement healthy relationship habits, not replace professional help.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis following the initial 7-day free trial. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access Harmony. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, or harms Harmony, its service providers, its suppliers, or any other user.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Harmony App and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Harmony be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
